Pentahotel Hong Kong, Kowloon

Amazing room upgrade to the 32nd floor with fine views of Tsim Sha Tsui harbor. The hotel's modern and trendy design creates a New York City vibe. The bathroom and showerhead were luxurious and excellent. The staff were caring and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend Pentahotel for its aesthetic appeal and nice amenities.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's situated in an industrial area, but don't let that deter you. It's a quick two-minute walk to the MTR and easy to get to other parts of town. The staff here are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who are always there to answer our questions. Our room was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, a sitting area and a safe. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to hang out and relax. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff didn't really introduce all the available services to us, but that's a minor issue. The leisure facilities including the swimming pool and fitness centre are top-notch, and the free Wi-Fi was much appreciated.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kowloon and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect as it was close to the Hollywood shopping centre and not far from the MTR station. I also loved that it was away from the bustling street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit different tastes, both Western and local. I was also impressed by the facilities, such as the free water bottle, shuttle service, and reliable wifi. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and delicious breakfast.

The occasional overcrowding in the lobby, mainly due to large tour groups checking in and out.

The hotel had a great restaurant with delicious food and a cool ambiance. I also loved the fun amenities, like the pool table and gym. the hotel's stylish design added to the overall experience.

The location was a bit inconvenient, as the nearest MTR station was about 8-10 minutes away. there weren't many good restaurants around the hotel.

We loved the minimalist cool design of the hotel, including our room. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a sweet smile and hello, including the room attendants. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, with easy connections to the rest of the city.

It was all superb.
